Offering huge value for a small investment, this up to 2-hour in-home consultation is, in most cases, a stand-alone working session where we check items off of your design dilemma list on the spot. This can include choosing colours and other finishes, hanging art, and possibly even revising furniture placement. The end result can be impactful and leave you feeling much more confident with what is to come. It is otherwise a stepping stone to further design services. $450.00 plus hst paid prior to consult.

Indecision can keep you from moving ahead with a renovation or decorating project. For decisions that you feel are impeding on your project's progress, then this 1-hour standalone virtual consult is ideal. This "call a designer friend" short video chat can efficiently help you make those decisions more confidently. $200 plus hst paid prior to consult.  

If your project requires further design assistance following the 2-hour Design Strategy Session, then proposed recommendations would be based on your scope of work and how involved you would like to be. For example, if you already have a plan, then DESIGNER FOR A DAY ($1200 plus hst) can help you to choose the finishes and solidify details. Or, if you like doing some of the running around but seek guidance and support pulling your project together, DESIGNER BY YOUR SIDE ($4000.00 plus hst) would be a great option. All design fees are prepaid. 

Following a 2 hour Design Strategy Session, CONCEPT-ONLY DESIGN can give you a solid plan with visuals to run with and execute on your own. Pricing varies based on scope of work.
